SPCC, based in Rochester, NY, seeks a Healthy Families Monroe Supervisor to supervise Family Support Specialists and Family Resource Specialists within the HFNY program. You will ensure services align with HFNY best practices and provide strengths-based, reflective supervision to staff.
Responsibilities include hiring support, weekly supervision, team meetings, MIS data entry, and funder reporting while maintaining trauma-informed, equitable practices for families and staff.
