Athletic Event Staff

Oakland University Athletics has a need for athletic event staff team members to assist with and perform duties needed for the execution of athletic contests and internal and external events. Work may be intermittent throughout the year based on the schedule of events and staffing needs.

The essential functions of this position are performed indoors and outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the work environments can range from minimal to loud during events depending on the employee’s location and is minimal during non-event times.

This person must be highly motivated, have great communication skills, be a people-person, dependable, and exhibit great customer service skills. This position requires long periods of standing. An athletic background is preferred, but not required.
