Delivery Driver

JSA Logistics Inc. is hiring dependable and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for work in a fast-paced delivery environment. Whether you're experienced with warehouse operations or adept at navigating routes in various vehicles, this position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make an impact during busy seasonal periods.

• Pay: $22.25 per hour
• Schedule: approximately 8–10 hour shifts, 4-5 Days a week
• Start Time: Approximately 8:00 AM
• Location: 1200 Lexington Ave, Rochester, NY 14606
• Employment Type:Full/Part time
• Weekend availability may be required based on operational needs

• Safely operate company vans, to deliver goods according to assigned routes while adhering strictly to traffic regulations.
• Lift, carry, and handle packages safely.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain optimal safety and compliance with commercial driving regulations.
• Use a handheld device/app to navigate and complete deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with recipients, addressing questions professionally, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
• Assist with warehouse operations when needed, including moving inventory, organizing stock, and supporting team members with manual handling tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency throughout your shift.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Prior delivery driver experience in a commercial setting is highly preferred; familiarity with route driving and courier services will be advantageous.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of traffic laws, DOT regulations, weight handling in the workplace, and safe lifting practices is essential for success in this role.
• Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to navigate routes efficiently using mobile devices or GPS technology will set you apart.
