Your roleReporting to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager

Responsible for ensuring the efficient flow and proper storage of materials throughout the facility in accordance with documented procedures. Oversees and coordinates Warehouse Associate activities to support accurate and timely physical movement of materials and corresponding transactions within the ERP system. Coordinates intra-facility material transfers and ensures appropriate resources and support are available. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and operational efficiency, while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment that meets all customer and regulatory requirements.
Provides leadership to the Warehouse and Distribution team through training, coaching, and performance management.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides day-to-day direction to staff and coordinates workflow within the work unit, including assigning and prioritizing work, disseminating operational information, arranging coverage
