As part of our growing Engineering family, we are seeking a dedicated Fabric/Groundsman to maintain and enhance the quality and appearance of our facilities and grounds. This role involves ensuring buildings are well‑maintained, supporting minor fabric repairs, and keeping outdoor spaces clean, safe, and visually appealing.

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, including minor repairs to fabric elements such as doors, windows, flooring, and walls.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks.
• Keep pathways, outdoor furniture, and communal areas clean and well‑presented.
• Carry out general maintenance and repair duties to uphold safety and functionality.
• Assist with waste disposal, recycling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other maintenance teams as required.

• Proven experience in groundskeeping or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of building fabric repairs and outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to operate gardening equipment and hand tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Good physical fitness and ability to carry out manual work.
• Full Driving licence.
