• Position: Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
• Location: Rochford, Essex
• Pay Rate: £140 - £170 per day (Weekly PAYE)
• Start Date: January 2026

• Inspire Future Scientists: Deliver engaging lessons across the three core sciences, making complex concepts accessible and exciting for all learners.
• Practical Excellence: Lead safe and effective lab experiments, utilising the school's well-maintained facilities to foster hands‑on discovery.
• Exam Focus: Support students through their GCSE journey, focusing on core knowledge, practical assessment skills, and exam confidence.
• Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a friendly and experienced department to share best practices and creative teaching resources.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a must.
• A strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics

• The ability to manage a classroom effectively, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for learning.
• A commitment to high standards and a passion for student achievement.
• An Enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service or willing to apply).
