Year 2 Primary Teacher + TLR – Permanent – September 2026 – Rochford, Essex

An outstanding Primary School in Rochford is looking for a Year 2 Primary Teacher to join their team in September. This is a full‑time role, employed directly with the school on a permanent contract.

The school prides itself on staff well‑being. A live marking system, no daily planning, shared PPA each week with other co‑teachers in the year group, no lunchtime duties, high staff morale and purposeful meetings are all part of the daily routine.

The Headteacher can offer an experienced KS1 Primary Teacher + TLR, with options for Phonics Lead, Art Lead or Science Lead. A strong KS1 Primary ECT will receive a dedicated mentor and enrolment onto the ECT programme.

• Must have UK QTS
• Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum required
