You will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, working closely with teachers to help every student thrive. WhatWe're Looking For
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, as directed by the class teacher or SENDCO.
- Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
- Support pupils in developing independent learning and social skills.
- Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers.
- Contribute to the supervision of pupils during break and lunchtime as required.
- Attend relevant meetings and training sessions to support professional development.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school's policies at all times.
