We are a small, well‑established structural design practice near Southend, offering hands‑on training under an FIStruct

E qualified Director. With 2‑5 years of buildings design experience and proficiency in Autocad, you will take on autonomous projects, gaining exposure to all facets of our work—a breadth rarely found in larger firms.

Our busy practice requires additional talent to cope with a varied workload: bespoke houses, large new‑build blocks, extensions, conversions, industrial sheds, schools, local authority work, surveys, inspections and defect analysis, ranging from a few hundred pounds to £10m.

Excellent communication skills are essential. Priority will be given to local candidates. Future Directorship prospects are available long term.
