Our client, a well‑established and highly respected niche engineering consultancy based in Rochford, is looking to welcome a talented Structural Project Engineer to their growing team. Working alongside experienced Chartered Engineers who remain hands‑on throughout every stage of a project, you'll gain invaluable exposure and mentorship within a supportive and technically strong environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting and varied project portfolio spanning bespoke residential schemes, larger residential developments, commercial buildings, office spaces, industrial projects and more. No two days are the same, and you'll be encouraged to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

The successful candidate will have solid experience designing in traditional materials including masonry, steel, reinforced concrete and timber, along with a passion for delivering practical and efficient engineering solutions. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively with both colleagues and clients will be key.
