The Role

You’ll be mainly office-based, driving new business throughemailing, cold calling, networking, and lead generation, with regular opportunities to get out of the office for:

  • Site visits and quoting
  • Networking events
  • Client lunches or dinners
  • Relationship-building meetings

If you enjoy talking to people, opening doors, and seeing direct financial reward for your effort, this role will suit you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively generating new business via email and cold calling
  • Identifying and qualifying leads
  • Booking and attending site visits
  • Preparing, issuing, and following up on quotes
  • Attending networking events and representing Neatwork Group
  • Building long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Managing and tracking your own sales pipeline
Commission & Progression

This role comes with uncapped commission, and the right person cangenuinely earn well.

  • Commission paid on new contracts won

What We’re Looking For
  • Preferred but not required Experience in B2B sales (service-based sales ideal)
  • Confident and comfortable with cold calling
  • Strong communicator — phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Happy to attend networking events and client meetings
  • Organised and professional
  • Full UK driving licence
