As a Children and Young People Practitioner in our Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service (ECFWS), you'll be part of our valued Healthy Family Team based at our All About Family Hub Delivery Site in Basildon. Are you a practitioner looking to grow your experience working with children, young people and families in the community? As a Children and Young People Practitioner, you'll help young people build knowledge of self-care, autonomy and decision making, supporting their health and wellbeing and empowering them to make positive life choices.
Working under the delegation of a School Nurse, you'll deliver components of the Healthy Child Programme 5-19 (up to 25 for SEND) across mainstream schools, homes and our Family Hubs, providing targeted interventions and groups for children and young people at risk of poor outcomes or with complex needs.
