Hires, Inc. is seeking Welders I–III for in-person work in Rock Falls, Illinois. The role focuses on MIG and TIG welding for tank construction, reading blueprints and diagrams, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.
You will operate overhead hoists and rigging, measure and fit weldments to specifications, and document time in the ERP system. The position is full-time and non-exempt with hourly pay between $22.00 and $38.00.
