This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow into an Office Manager role and take on leadership responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients and the firm.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and assist with payroll.
- Prepare financial reports and support tax preparation.
- Communicate with clients regarding bookkeeping needs and deadlines.
- Assist with administrative tasks and office operations.
- Prepare for transition into Office Manager role, including supervising staff and managing workflows.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (CPA‑firm experience preferred).
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Quick Books and/or Thomson Reuters software.
