Mission
Support the Service Contract Administration (SCA) team as it seeks to optimize department efficiencies and meet the needs of the business.
Role & ResponsibilitiesManage incoming tasks in C4C Central Queue:
- Perform preliminary review of incoming tasks: proofing task notes and attachments, checking for clarity, completeness, and presence of required documentation and format.
- Reject tasks, as needed, that fail to meet criteria standards; provide clear notes with explanation and direction as to what action steps are needed to achieve criteria standard.
- Execute SAP Installed Base search to validate equipment criteria.
- Assign tasks that meet criteria standards & SAP equipment validation – tasks are assigned to applicable Service Contract Administrator for processing.
Communications:
- Communicate with SCA team members, SCA Manager, Service Sales team members (SSM’s), Contract Renewal teams, Service Coordination teams, as needed, via email, phone, in-person and/or Teams chat.
Process Parts Updates:
- Process tasks for parts updates using SAP.
Create & Distribute Lists:
- Create monthly cancellation list – distribute to SCA Team members & SCA Mgr.
- Create weekly billing list – distribute to SCA Team members & SCA Mgr.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
- Education: High School diploma;
Associates Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Skills: Any combination of training and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying.
- Proven experience of customer support.
- Self‑Motivated; able to work independently.
- Strong aptitude for details.
- Organized.
- Manage multiple priorities with flexibility in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Suite applications.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on‑site at our corporate office in Rock Hill, SC.
