safety
oversight,

site-level

support . The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders across the organization to strengthen safety culture, improve compliance performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout our global operations.

As our Corporate
Laser
Safety
Officer (LSO) , you will also play a critical role in maintaining laser safety programs, ensuring compliance with ANSI standards, and supporting product safety initiatives.

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive global EHS strategy that supports business objectives and operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key
responsibilities
include:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable international regulations
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs
• Monitor and report EHS KPIs, driving measurable performance improvements

Drive measurable improvements through proactive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives, including:

• Reduction in workplace incidents and injuries
• Improved compliance performance

Serve as the organization's designated Corporate Laser Safety Officer in accordance with ANSI Z136 standards.

Responsibilities
include:

• Manage and maintain corporate laser safety programs
• Ensure proper laser classification, controls, and compliance measures
• Develop and deliver laser safety training programs

Provide direct EHS leadership and support for three Rock Hill facilities:

• Manufacturing Facility (3D printers and materials)
• Research & Development and Corporate Offices
• Distribution Center

Key

• Manage environmental programs involving air emissions, stormwater, and waste management
