CNHS Coordinator

Position Summary We’re looking for a reliable and organized Coordinator to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll support planning, communication, and execution across teams or projects. This position will work directly with Public Health, Behavioral Health, and Direct Services Departments under CINHA to support multiple initiatives including disease management, event management and clerical tasks.

You’ll be the person who keeps things on track, follows up on details, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This position supports the CIN mission by promoting Catawba culture, education, and self-sufficiency while providing economic and health opportunities. This position is responsible and subject to the CIN Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual.

Essential Functions An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation:

Development and/or distribute promotional materials, such as monthly newsletters, handouts, letters, flyers, social media, etc.

Prepare purchase requisitions, invoices, and inventory

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project timelines

Communicate with internal teams, clients, or vendors as needed

Track progress on tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met Maintain records, files, and documentation

Assist with planning events, projects, and programs

Support team members with administrative and operational tasks

Help maintain all related equipment, tools, and supplies for program management including but not limited to gardening, gym memberships and equipment, BH crafts and supplies.

Assist with volunteer groups as needed

Collect intake and enrollment forms for Coordinators and Managers Help during community outreach sessions

Maintenance, implementation, and oversight of the community garden

Help build raised beds and traditional, herb and medicine wheel gardens within the Catawba Nation Assist with educational classes.

Provide planning support, planting, garden maintenance, harvesting, cleaning, animal husbandry, and other agricultural support to tribal program gardens, and community/individual gardens.

Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
