Part Time:
Starting at $11 per hour with increases every 180 days. Weekly Flexible Scheduling:
Flex Shifts, with morning shifts as early as 4:45am and/or evening shifts as late as 10pm, Monday through Friday;
Flex Shift available Saturday through Sunday. Open Availability Required. Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
