Winthrop Position Title
- Spring 2027 - Facility Attendant

Job Purpose
- To assist the Facility Supervisor in carrying out day-to-day duties associated with front line operations of the West Center facility.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and address patrons as they enter and exit the facility. Enforce membership policies and ensure that patrons scan their IDs. Administer equipment check-out procedures. Clean cardio and weight room equipment. Ensure laundry for towel service is addressed. Monitor usage of the weight room ensuring the safety of patrons. Remain visible to answer questions and provide general assistance and customer service.

Be courteous and keep customer service at the forefront of your daily tasks. Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings.

Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and enforce the duties and responsibilities required for the position.

- Effective communication skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Effective problem solving and adaptability skills.

Pay Rate - 8.00/hr
