Dental Hygienist – Carolina Smile Design
Location:
Rock Hill, South Carolina
Position type:
Full Time (Part Time options available)
Sign‑on Bonus
:
Up to $5,000 for both Full Time and Part Time positions.
- Full Time:
Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch) - Part Time:
Schedule to be discussed based on your needs.

- Screen patients and provide quality care during check‑ups.
- Educate patients in oral hygiene technique and work with patients on oral hygiene care.
- Review patients’ history and charting.
- Administer prophylactic treatment, including scaling and polishing.
- Document areas of existing restorations.
- Use of X‑ray.
- Support the dentist with procedures as needed.
- Active South Carolina Hygienist license required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient‑focused approach.
- Knowledgeable about periodontal health and comfortable with patient education.
- Current BLS/CPR certifications.
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training.
- Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience.
- Experience with dental practice software.
- Team player – strong collaborator that is open, positive, and flexible.
