Carolina Smile Design is now seeking a Full Time or Part Time Dental Hygienist in Rock Hill, South Carolina due to the growth of this expanding practice! Come join this great practice as the team continues to provide excellent clinical service to patients and experience collaboration across this great dental team.
Full Time Dental Hygienist ScheduleMonday through Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
Part Time ScheduleWednesday and Thursday 7:45am - 5:00pm and Friday 7:45am- 2:00pm with no lunch

- Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
- Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
- Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
- Reviewing patient's history and charting
- Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
- Documents area of existing restorations
- Use of X-ray
- Support the dentist with procedures as needed
- Active South Carolina Hygienist license required
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
- Current BLS/CPR certifications
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
- Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
- Experience with dental practice software
- Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
