Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Rock Hill / Ft. Mill
We’re seeking BCBAs in Rock Hill and Ft. Mill to serve families across the region. This role combines above-market compensation, growth opportunities, and strong clinical support.
Your Role:- Conduct assessments and design individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
- Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers
- Monitor data-driven outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
Base salary: $85,000 + uncapped monthly bonus potential
$5,000–$10,000 signing/relocation bonus
4-day work week option available after onboarding
Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401K match
PTO: 3 weeks year 1, 4 weeks year 2, plus 10 holidays
CEU allowance, laptop, and phone stipends
