Position: Certified Hand Therapist

Location: Rock Hill, SC

Schedule: Full‑time, Mon‑Fri

Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000/year (depending on experience)

Incentives: $10,000 bonus and student‑loan repayment program

Select Physical Therapy in Rock Hill is seeking a full‑time Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to treat various upper extremity disorders, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, post‑operative fractures, and more. We seek a hand therapist skilled in custom splinting who will work with our regional hand therapy coordinator to ensure success.

• National hand therapy program in 32 states with over 300 CHTs nationwide and an additional 300 hand therapists.
• Nationally supported mentorship program for therapists pursuing CHT credentials and opportunities for experienced therapists to become mentors.

• Responsible for evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re‑evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communication of high‑quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.
• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients; enhance and expand client relations.

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational or physical therapy.
• Hold specialty certification or licensure in hand therapy.
• National registration and state licensure or registration required.
• Previous, demonstrated marketing experience.
• Solid experience in custom splinting for pre‑ and post‑op orthopedics.
• CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license.
