Acts is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning of treatment programs, delivering individual treatments, discharge planning, and related duties.

• Conduct evaluations, plan, and set goals.
• Develop and implement individual treatment programs and provide actual treatments.
• Plan discharges.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state(s) where services are rendered.
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehabilitation environment (preferred).
