Home Health Aide / HHA – BAYADA Home Health Care

Location:

Bayada's ACSP Division – serving clients in the counties: county one, county two, county three.

$14–$16 per hour. Flexible schedules available: full-time, part-time, per-diem, on‑call.

• Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care.
• Help with household tasks: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making.
• Prepare and feed meals, encourage eating.
• Facilitate range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation, including use of mechanical lifts.
• Prompt clients with medication reminders.

• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed, but not required.
• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others.
• Commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Professionalism and compassion consistent with BAYADA's values.
