Speech Therapist PRN Days Position Summary
Provides optimal speech-language pathology services to include evaluations, treatment, planning, patient/family education and discharge planning for patients with disorders of communication, swallowing and cognition referred by Licensed Independent Practitioner. Participates in department and program development and operations. All assessment and treatment media, approaches and techniques will be appropriate and specific to population served including general rehabilitation services to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Minimum EducationMaster’s degree in speech-language pathology.
Minimum ExperienceMust possess ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team with 1 to 5 years experience preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/LicensesMust have current licensure in South Carolina and Certification of Clinical Competency in speech/language pathology. American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
