• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment
• Manage and coordinate change management processes for Salesforce and Oracle CPQ deployments
• Drive compliance and internal audit processes for enterprise platforms
• Enhance communication and transparency across teams regarding project statuses and ticket updates
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments affecting team productivity and project delivery

• Proficiency in English
• Current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) with experience in agile methodologies
• Experience with enterprise systems, particularly Salesforce and Salesforce Revenue Cloud
• Subject matter expertise in Service Now and/or JIRA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sprint metrics and team performance data

• Experience with Git Hub and deployment tools (Gearset, Capado, Prodly, etc.)
• Familiarity with internal audit processes and compliance frameworks for software platforms
• Additional agile certifications (SAFe, Kanban, etc.) or knowledge of the Salesforce platform
• Experience implementing capacity planning
