Rock Hill, SC, 29730, US. Hybrid position (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office). Relocation not available.
As a Service Now Business Analyst you will oversee the ongoing analysis and optimization of the Service Now platform, participating in the Agile development lifecycle as a business process expert. You will translate our needs into Service Now solutions, ensure that platform features align with organizational goals and compliance standards, and act as the primary liaison between partners and technical teams.
This includes gathering requirements for implementations and enhancements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories, and facilitating workshops, partner interviews, and user acceptance testing.
- Be a primary liaison between partners and Service Now technical teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Service Now implementations and enhancements.
- Translate our needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, partner interviews, and user acceptance testing.
- Help with process mapping, workflow design, and business process reengineering within Service Now modules (including ITSM, Service Portal, CSM, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Contribute to platform upgrades, testing, and change management activities to ensure business continuity.
- Provide ongoing support and training to users, including hosting workshops and documentation sessions.
- Minimum 4 years' experience business analysis within Service Now or similar enterprise platforms.
- At least 3 years in a Business Analyst role supporting enterprise systems.
- ITIL v4 Foundations Certification.
- Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $76,400-$95,500 per year.
