Within our professional services team, you will deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients, achieving our vision.

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of expertise in Entra  and Microsoft 365 Security, helping customers design, implement, and optimize secure cloud solutions that drive digital transformation. If you thrive in high‑impact consulting environments and can bridge business needs with technical execution, we want to hear from you.

• Partner with customers to design and deliver secure, scalable cloud architectures.
• Lead technical engagements focused on identity governance and M365 security.
• Provide guidance on best practices for Zero Trust security models, compliance, and risk management.
• Utilize cloud security roadmap.
• Conduct workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and architecture reviews with customers.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and security excellence.

• 10–15 years of professional experience in cloud architecture, identity, and security.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra  (identity lifecycle, access reviews, privileged identity management).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security (Defender suite, compliance center, data loss prevention, threat protection).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.

• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and multi‑cloud security strategies.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
  Cybersecurity Architect Expert or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
