Dynamics 365 CE with Power Automate Desktop (RPA) (Bilingual English)
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CE + Power Automate Desktop Consultant to design, configure, and implement solutions across the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, and develop automation workflows using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop. This role blends CRM functional consulting with RPA/automation expertise to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements‑gathering workshops focused on business processes within Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules).
- Design, configure, and customize CE components: entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and processes.
- Build automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud) for system‑to‑system automation and Power Automate Desktop for RPA, UI‑based automation, and legacy system interactions.
- Analyze manual or repetitive processes and propose automation strategies.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using Dataverse, connectors, and custom integrations when needed.
- Create functional/technical documentation, process flows, solution designs, and user guides.
- Stay updated on new features across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and RPA technologies.
- 8‑10 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, or related workloads).
- Hands‑on experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and business rules.
- Strong experience building automation with Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
- Practical experience with Power Automate Desktop (RPA), including UI automation, desktop actions, data handling, and error handling and exceptions.
- Understanding of Dataverse schema, relationships, and data modeling.
- Ability to capture business requirements and translate them into functional and automation solutions.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
