Associate Attorney

Mandarich Law Group is a leading creditor's rights law firm with offices nationwide. This position is for an Associate Attorney licensed in South Carolina.

Base pay range: $85,000–$110,000 per year. Additional pay, benefits, and expense reimbursement described below.

• Court appearances – the Associate will prepare, appear timely, and handle court proceedings within reasonable travel distance. Overnight travel may be required.
• Court coverage – the Associate will review coverage needs and arrange coverage for court calls, attach necessary documents, and obtain orders as required.
• Mid‑litigation motions – the Associate will draft, review, and file motions during litigation.
• Trials and arbitrations – the Associate will prepare for trials/arbitrations as necessary, which may include overnight stays in distant counties.
• Communications – the Associate will communicate with consumers, employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts and suits.

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina. Additional state licenses (e.g., NC, IA, MO, KS, IL, NY, NE, , CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NV) are welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court and reliable to appear on time using own transportation.
• Travel may be required; the firm reimburses per IRS mileage rates; other approved travel expenses are reimbursed in the subsequent pay period following reimbursement submission.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi‑task for a high‑volume case load.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
