• Defend clients against criminal charges: handle cases involving DUIs, drug offenses بالص violent crimes, white‑collar crimes, and more.
• Develop winning defense strategies: conduct thorough legal research, gather evidence, and build strong defense cases.
• Represent clients in court: attend arraignments, bail hearings, pre‑trial hearings, trials, and sentencing hearings.
• Negotiate with prosecutors: work toward favorable plea agreements and case dismissals when possible.
• Provide client support and guidance: conduct initial consultations, explain legal rights, and offer expert legal advice.
• Collaborate with legal teams: partner with paralegals, investigators, and expert witnesses to strengthen case strategies.

• Active South Carolina(sub) Bar license in good standing (required).
• Criminal defense experience: minimum 1 year of experience in criminal law.
• Courtroom and negotiation skills: strong ability to litigate cases, challenge evidence, and negotiate plea bargains.
• Growth-oriented and driven — possess a forward‑thinking mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and career growth.
• Be detail oriented.
• Tech‑savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
