$75,000.00/yr - $/yr

A day in the lifeYou walk the production floor of our composites facility in Rock Hill, SC, stopping at a visual board where yesterday’s takt time variance is posted. With operators and team leads, you facilitate a quick stand-up, discuss 5S findings, and kick off a focused Kaizen to remove a bottleneck in a layup cell. By mid-morning, you’re mapping a value stream to plan a pull system using Kanban.
After lunch, you update standard work, run a short SPC review to verify capability improvements, and coach a cross-functional team through an A3. Before you leave, you document the ROI from a recent error‑proofing project and schedule an audit to ensure gains are sustained.
