Pro Staffing Solutions is a rapidly growing family‑owned skilled trades labor contractor dedicated to connecting talented professionals with leading companies across the United States. We are seeking a Welder for a full‑time permanent position at a local facility focusing on metal fabrication. Candidates must have 4+ years of proven experience, be able to fabricate according to prints, and pass a weld test.

Positions are an immediate hire. Pay is $25–$28 an hour based on experience and a weld test.

• Shift: 1st shift available
• Pay: $25 – $28 per hour based on previous experience
• Health insurance, vision, and dental available after 90 days of employment
• PTO offered during first 30 days of employment
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday working 8–10 hours per day and some Saturdays
• Overtime available
• Weekly pay

• MIG welding on various types of material
• Set up machine based on each task
• Use cutting tools and other related equipment
• Operate forklifts and overhead crane (training provided)
• Read and interpret drawings
• Keep work station clean and organized

• 4+ years of MIG experience
• Pass a MIG pressure test
• Set up your own machine
• Use of power tools and other equipment
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Willingness to work overtime if needed
