Production Assembler

Job Title: Product Assembler

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Work Hours: 4 p.m. – 2 a.m.

Pay Rate: $15.50 + $ 1.25 shift differential

The Product Assembler assist in the production and maintenance of producing Combat Application Tourniquets. This position is required to rotate throughout multiple workstations.

• Repetitive movement with basic hand tool usage
• Light manufacturing (hand lay-up, semi-automated equipment)
• Ensure and produce quality products at each workstation
• Assist in identifying and separating materials and/or products that may have potential non-conformances and report findings to Quality and/or Leads
• Ensure safe working practices are followed
• Follow established procedures to maintain a clean and organized environment; including immediate work area, breakroom and restrooms
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and guidelines
• Attend all required employee meetings and trainings as scheduled by direct supervisor, management or administration
• Maintain individual skills and keep up to date with latest production and production required concepts
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Required to stand and walk frequently. Moderate lifting (materials and tooling), must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. and is required to have keen vision abilities
• Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. Environment maintains an increased noise level.
