A Grade III – Skilled grinder with manual lathe experience who thrives on accuracy, takes pride in a clean workspace, and follows procedures without compromise.

• Set up and operate manual lathes and cylindrical grinders to meet production specifications.
• Execute precise rubber grinding for consistent finishes and tight tolerances.
• Verify dimensions using a pi tape and tape measure; complete and submit inspection reports via computer.
• Safely move and stage parts with overhead cranes and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area while following all safety procedures and company policies.

• Required:
  
  experience operating a manual lathe.
• Preferred: rubber grinding background.
• Confident with pi tape and tape measure.
• Comfortable entering inspection data on a computer.
• Experienced with overhead crane usage.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to work independently and within a team.

• Equipment troubleshooting and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Machine setups for production runs.
• Blueprint reading.

• Manual grinder.
• Cylindrical grinder machine.

• Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm–1:30 am (four-day workweek).
• Weekly pay.

• $24.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience.
• 3% premium applied when working on 2nd shift.
