Pay: $18–$22/hr depending on experience

Build Manufacturing family.
A quick look at the role:
- Master the application and handling of resin systems (Epoxy, Polyester, Vinyl ester, Silicones, etc.).
- Hand‑finish patterns and molds prior to production.
- Use common hand tools for cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly.
- Prepare and assemble structures with adhesive bonding and fastener installation.
- Perform self‑quality checks to confirm tight tolerances are met.
What we’re looking for:
- Early‑career professionals with 1–3 years in fast‑paced manufacturing.
- Experience with composites (Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, Fiberglass) strongly preferred as a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read/interpret SOPs and suggest improvements.
- Measurement proficiency with calipers, micrometers, tape measure, indicators.
- Demonstrated fabrication skills and tool use.
- Background in assembly, bonding, and fastener applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Shift preference:
We are actively hiring for second shift. Preference:
Monday–Thursday, 2:30pm–1:30am.
