• In this role, you will manage a busy and growing 35 bed ED that sees approximately 150 patients a day with a team of four (4) Clinical Nurse Supervisors reporting directly to you
• Reports to a dynamic and transformational Director of Nursing
• Main responsibilities include: day to day operations, mentoring and management, recruitment and retention strategies, rounding, building positive and collaborative relationships with physicians, collaborating with the Director, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care and employee engagement

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's preferred
• RN Active License
• Minimum two (2) years ER leadership experience is required (Assistant Manager level or above)
• Minimum three (3) years ER nursing experience

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels
