Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Interim Healthcare of Rock Hill is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing Home Health team. We have both Part Time and Full Time opportunities available, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients across York and Lancaster counties.

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and document patient progress
• Deliver high quality clinical care with professionalism and compassion
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient goals
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and safety

• Knowledge of home health regulations
• Experience with wound care
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Current LPN license in South Carolina and valid driver’s license
