The Alexander in Rock Hill is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team. If you’re driven by customer service, sales, and career advancement, this is your chance to grow with a well-established company.

• Lease apartments and process applications
• Showcase and maintain model apartments
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Coordinate marketing, outreach, and social media efforts
• Maintain accurate resident/property files
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing experience preferred; sales or customer service required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  Entrata experience a bonus
• Ability to walk the property regularly and lift up to 25 lbs
• Availability on Saturdays required
