Overview

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Rock Hill, SC, with remote flexibility and scheduled in-office collaboration weekly.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Team
  • Manage SDRs, account reps, and outbound strategy
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across U.S. and emerging international markets
  • Own forecasting, reporting, revenue performance, and team development
  • Lead the Marketing Team
  • Oversee digital strategy, branding, campaigns, content, and lead generation
  • Align messaging across all platforms to support national and international expansion
  • Coordinate trade shows, events, partnerships, and global go-to-market initiatives
  • Perform hands-on sales activities
  • Directly prospect and close deals
  • Manage key accounts and high-value opportunities
  • Build relationships with large enterprise clients and OEM partners globally

This role ensures the company hits annual revenue targets, strengthens operational alignment, and positions to scale into international markets.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: Depending on experience
  • Commission Structure: Up to 3% commission on gross sales

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading both sales and marketing teams
  • Proven success in B2B industrial sales, automation, robotics, or manufacturing
  • Skilled in outbound strategy, CRM management, and revenue operations
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns that support global scale
  • Experience building international partnerships is a plus
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team development abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
