Overview
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Rock Hill, SC, with remote flexibility and scheduled in-office collaboration weekly.
Responsibilities- Lead the Sales Team
- Manage SDRs, account reps, and outbound strategy
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across U.S. and emerging international markets
- Own forecasting, reporting, revenue performance, and team development
- Lead the Marketing Team
- Oversee digital strategy, branding, campaigns, content, and lead generation
- Align messaging across all platforms to support national and international expansion
- Coordinate trade shows, events, partnerships, and global go-to-market initiatives
- Perform hands-on sales activities
- Directly prospect and close deals
- Manage key accounts and high-value opportunities
- Build relationships with large enterprise clients and OEM partners globally
This role ensures the company hits annual revenue targets, strengthens operational alignment, and positions to scale into international markets.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: Depending on experience
- Commission Structure: Up to 3% commission on gross sales
- Annual target revenue: $7-8 million

- Experience building international partnerships is a plus
- Strong communication, leadership, and team development abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred
