- Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. - Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience cross-multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
- Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, helping to maintain controlled access to restricted clinical, administrative, and staff areas.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor entry, contractor access, deliveries, and other security-related activities in accordance with site requirements.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or access-control concerns.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
