HVAC Service Technician – Rock Hill, SC

Join American Residential Services / Brothers Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in partnership as a Residential HVAC Service Technician. This is a full‑time, year‑round position with high earning potential.

Pay: $80,000 – $200,000 annually (potential >$100,000 based on performance)

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Deliver exceptional HVAC service and customer satisfaction.
• Work with professional tools and a supportive leadership team.

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification.
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.
