Fitness Sales Manager – Gold's Gyms Of The Carolinas

Overview:
As a Gold’s Gym Fitness Sales Manager, you will manage and develop the fitness department. You will be surrounded by the finest tools, equipment, technology and, most importantly, people who motivate and inspire you every day. The Manager will lead and oversee our Personal Trainers, owning all aspects of business class scheduling, acquisition, and creation of fitness programs. You will be responsible for sales and growth of the personal training department, provide assessments to new members, and lead a cohort of onboarding specialists and other high member engagement fitness professionals.

• Schedule personal training assessments
• Hire and onboard personal trainers
• Provide customer service for personal training clients and gym members
• Reach out to all non-connected members in their first 90 days
• Manage the set-up and execution of major in-club training events
• Attend weekly business and education, leadership, and national leadership meetings
• Deliver member-facing appointments including onboarding sessions and training

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 to 3 years of group fitness experience
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience
• 1 year of program design experience
• 1 year of personal training experience
• CPR and AED certified
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, program design, and exercise techniques
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for the duration of a class and to bend, stand, walk, reach, climb or lift up to 50 pounds
