Estimator – Rock Island, IL – Commercial & Industrial Construction

Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure complete scope coverage.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams during the preconstruction phase.
• Develop bid strategies, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and evaluate project risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of estimating experience, ideally in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
