Studio 483 Architects is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Technician with 5+ years relevant experience, to serve as a project team member. Possess a strong portfolio of previous projects showing creativity and problem solving.

Studio 483 is an architecture and interior design firm with nearly 40 years of architectural expertise, and an architectural lineage which dates back to 1871. Position Overview:

• Work collaboratively with project leadership and team members across all disciplines.
• Consultant interactions.
• Produce accurate technical and contract documentation.
• Assist in creating inspired design solutions in a collaborative environment.

Skills:

• A solid foundation in architectural practice and BIM technology capability.
• Experience being involved in various aspects of projects, including project coordination, documentation, and ensuring alignment with project goals and schedules.
• Ability to contribute to architectural design process, supporting development of concepts and translating ideas into design solutions.
• Technical knowledge in architectural design principles, building codes, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Suite necessary. Experience with Sketch Up and Enscape a plus but not required.
• Ability to work as a team, contributing to our cohesive and effective work environment.
• People skills are a must in this position, as you will be interfacing with contractors and consultants as a representative of Studio 483.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Experience working in an architectural office a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
