UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join our Rheumatology team in Rock Island, IL.

• Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in the Rheumatology clinic
• 1.0 FTE with 4 1/2 day work week
• Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy
• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
• Electronic Medical Record: EPIC

• Average of 14-18 patients per day; no nights or weekends
• No call responsibilities
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

• NP or PA
• Board Certified
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioner field of practice

• 2 year income guarantee of approximately $115,000 – $135,000
