OverviewUnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join our Rheumatology team in Rock Island, IL.

The clinical teams at the area’s clinics are improving outcomes, lowering the number of hospital readmissions and reducing avoidable costs associated with treating chronic conditions. - Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in the Rheumatology clinic
- 1.0 FTE with 4 1/2 day work week
- Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy
- Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
- Electronic Medical Record: EPIC
- Average of 14-18 patients per day; no nights or weekends
- No call responsibilities
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
- NP or PA
- Board Certified
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the State of Illinois
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioner field of practice
- 2 year income guarantee of approximately $115,000 – $135,000
