This full-time Commercial HVAC Sales Engineer provides technical assistance and product recommendations to customers. You will network with clients, attend events, consult with engineering firms and mechanical contractors, and sell our equipment to meet their needs.

Responsibilities- Directly generate business by building professional relationships with customers.
- Organize and attend networking events such as lunch presentations, off‑site customer events, and factory trips.
- Consult with engineering firms and contractors to understand their business needs and sell our equipment as solutions.
- Assist customers with equipment selection to match design and budget requirements.
- Answer product questions, including pricing and specifications.
- Organize quarterly activities such as engineering breakfasts, conferences, and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness.
- Track sales and help improve customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and AutoCAD.
- Ability to lead presentations on HVAC topics.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Self‑motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision, adapt to change, and work both independently and with a team.
