As a Sports Bar Host, you will greet and seat guests in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive and depart Bally's Sports Bar, take reservations and create daily pre‑assigned seating arrangements. This position’s starting wage is $15.

• Develope, maintain a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensure department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for completing assigned side work and checklist.
• Maintain the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with guests and co‑workers.
• Take reservations and create daily pre‑assigned seating arrangements.
• Greet guests in a positive, welcoming manner as they arrive.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Bid farewell to guests, using their name when known and encouraging them to return.
• Work as a team, assisting with guests and employees needs and inquiries.
• Anticipate the guest’s needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Know all promotions and events.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to work varied shifts – i.e. days, nights, weekends and holidays.

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
