Job Summary
The Supervisor – Table Games is responsible for overseeing the operation of assigned table games, ensuring integrity, internal controls, and superior guest service. This role maintains customer satisfaction in accordance with the company’s standards. The starting wage is $27/hour based on experience.
Essential Functions
- Perform shift manager duties in supervisor’s absence
- Maintain clear communication across all levels of operation
- Supervise floor dealers and uphold game integrity through observation and procedures
- Ensure completed paperwork and pit documents are accurate
- Engage guests and provide excellent service
- Deal all games supervised and maintain thorough knowledge of game rules
- Prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Conduct employee coaching and assist in training staff
- Answer game‑related questions for guests
- Act as a team member and support associates for smooth operations
- Greet guests professionally and treat them individually
- Demonstrate commitment to organizational goals in performance
- Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of table games experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Level 2 Illinois Gaming Board License required
- Ability to deal multiple games
- Thorough knowledge of table game policies and procedures
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Reliability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Availability for weekends, holidays, evenings as business demands
- Ability to manage stress and make decisions under pressure
- Leadership ability with a focus on knowledge sharing
- Commitment to customer service standards and positive relations
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds occasionally
Environmental Working Conditions
- Exposure to high‑volume noise and bright lights
